2015 / 72×62 cm / machine and hand pieced, machine quilted, hand stitched

The persons on the quilt are Romy Schneider and Alain Delon at their engagement. It is just the moment before the kiss. By accident I made a copy on red paper, so the idea was born to make a romantic kiss with red and white fabrics.

This quilt was part of the exhibition at the Open European Quilt Championship in Maastricht 2016
